Preserving the Wisdom of Ayurveda, Advancing Education with Purpose

Ayurveda represents one of India's most enduring systems of knowledge, founded on a holistic understanding of health, balance and responsible living. At Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan College of Ayurveda, Hospital & Research Center, our endeavour is to preserve this classical wisdom while providing students with a disciplined academic environment, meaningful clinical exposure and a strong orientation towards learning, service and research.

An institution grows when its students, teachers, clinicians and administrators work together with sincerity and a shared sense of purpose. We therefore encourage our students to study the fundamentals of Ayurveda deeply, develop sound clinical judgement, respect professional ethics and remain open to scientific inquiry. Education must not be limited to the classroom; it should develop competence, compassion, curiosity and a lifelong commitment to patient care and society.

Our responsibility is also to create an academic culture in which traditional Ayurvedic principles are understood in their proper context and applied thoughtfully to contemporary healthcare needs. Through teaching, hospital-based training, community engagement and research, we aspire to prepare graduates who carry the dignity of the profession and contribute meaningfully to the future of Ayurveda.

आयुर्वेद के ज्ञान का संरक्षण, उद्देश्यपूर्ण शिक्षा की ओर प्रगति

आयुर्वेद भारत की सबसे प्राचीन और सतत ज्ञान परंपराओं में से एक है, जो स्वास्थ्य, संतुलन और उत्तरदायी जीवन की समग्र समझ पर आधारित है। सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन कॉलेज ऑफ आयुर्वेद, हॉस्पिटल एवं रिसर्च सेंटर में हमारा प्रयास इस शास्त्रीय ज्ञान को संरक्षित रखते हुए विद्यार्थियों को अनुशासित शैक्षणिक वातावरण, सार्थक नैदानिक अनुभव तथा अध्ययन, सेवा और अनुसंधान के प्रति मजबूत दृष्टिकोण प्रदान करना है।

किसी भी संस्थान की प्रगति तब होती है जब उसके विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक, चिकित्सक और प्रशासक ईमानदारी और साझा उद्देश्य के साथ मिलकर कार्य करते हैं। इसलिए हम विद्यार्थियों को आयुर्वेद के मूल सिद्धांतों का गहन अध्ययन करने, उचित नैदानिक निर्णय विकसित करने, व्यावसायिक नैतिकता का सम्मान करने और वैज्ञानिक जिज्ञासा के प्रति खुले रहने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करते हैं। शिक्षा केवल कक्षा तक सीमित नहीं होनी चाहिए; उसे क्षमता, करुणा, जिज्ञासा और रोगी सेवा तथा समाज के प्रति आजीवन प्रतिबद्धता विकसित करनी चाहिए।

हमारी जिम्मेदारी ऐसा शैक्षणिक वातावरण विकसित करना भी है, जिसमें पारंपरिक आयुर्वेदिक सिद्धांतों को उनके उचित संदर्भ में समझा जाए और आधुनिक स्वास्थ्य आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार विवेकपूर्ण ढंग से लागू किया जाए। शिक्षण, अस्पताल-आधारित प्रशिक्षण, सामुदायिक सहभागिता और अनुसंधान के माध्यम से हमारा लक्ष्य ऐसे स्नातक तैयार करना है जो अपने पेशे की गरिमा बनाए रखें और आयुर्वेद के भविष्य में सार्थक योगदान दें।

मैं हमारे विद्यार्थियों, संकाय सदस्यों, कर्मचारियों, रोगियों और संस्थान से जुड़े सभी व्यक्तियों को शुभकामनाएँ देता हूँ। हम सभी सत्यनिष्ठा, अनुशासन और समर्पण के साथ आगे बढ़ें तथा ज्ञान, सेवा और उत्तरदायी चिकित्सा अभ्यास के माध्यम से आयुर्वेद को और सशक्त बनाएं।
